COM2, an electronics recycling solutions provider, renewed its lease for its corporate space at 140 E. Fullerton Ave. in Carol Stream, IL. The tenant now occupies the entire 86,357-square-foot facility as a result of the renewal.
In addition, COM2 also signed a long-term deal for about 175,000 square feet in the industrial building at 500 Kehoe Blvd. in Carol Stream. The new lease provides the company with additional storage space in close proximity to its corporate office and processing facility.
