Capital Commercial Investments Inc. of Austin, TX, sold its 48,710-square-foot office facility at 4300 Pasadena Freeway in Pasadena to GSL Welcome Group. The property traded for an undisclosed amount.
The building was constructed in 2009 and is on approximately 4.95 acres in Harris County.
Thomas Lynch and Alisha Renshaw of CBRE represented the seller. Welcome Wilson Jr. and Daniel Gunn were the in-house representatives for GSL Welcome Group.
