CBRE welcomed Brian Carcaterra as a senior vice president, Michael McCall as a vice president and Peter Hansen as a senior associate to its Stamford office. Carcaterra, McCall and Hansen will continue to provide service to the northern suburbs of New York City, as they had done at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

"We are extremely pleased to welcome Brian, Michael and Peter to our dynamic sales team here at CBRE," said Robert Caruso, senior managing director. "Their market knowledge and experience will contribute greatly to our firm's continued success in the Westchester and Fairfield County office markets."

Carcaterra began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley before joining NGKF, where he represented a number of notable clients and properties over the years, including The Exchange at Westchester, a 14-building, 1.6-million-square-foot, class A office park. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University and completed Harvard Business School's Executive Program in Commercial Real Estate.

McCall began his career in commercial real estate at NGKF, covering the Westchester/Fairfield market. Prior to this, Michael attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He received a bachelor's in political science and holds a real estate license in both New York and Connecticut.

Hansen also began his career at NGKF, covering the Westchester/Fairfield market. He attended Hobart College where he received a bachelor's in economics with a minor in international relations, Spanish and Hispanic studies. He holds a real estate license in the states of New York and Connecticut.
