CBRE Group, Inc. has promoted Curt Grantham to president, global corporate services (GCS), Americas. In this new role, Grantham will oversee client and account operations, as well as all GCS regional leadership across the Americas.
Grantham will report directly to Jim Wilson, Global COO of CBRE's global corporate services business line.
Previously the executive managing director for CBRE's GCS East Division based in Charlotte, Grantham led the team serving a 1 billion-square-foot portfolio. He joined the former Trammell Crow Co. in 1984, and served in a number of leadership roles before its merger with CBRE.
Grantham will join CBRE's Americas Operations Management Board, and will continue his membership in CBRE's GCS Executive Committee.
