Kevin Armstrong has been promoted to managing director and market leader at the Milwaukee, WI office of CBRE. The position became available when his predecessor, Tim Bauer, accepted a position at The James Campbell Company.
Armstrong has worked in
commercial real estate for 20 years and held multiple distinguished positions during his tenure with CBRE and The Polacheck Company, most recently serving as a senior vice president.
Armstrong earned a bachelor's degree and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
