Firm Promotes Cuddy, Maher, St. John, Sidor, and Bronson
CB Richard Ellis/New England recently promoted six new partners within the company. Those promoted are Christopher Cuddy, Andrew Maher, Biria St. John, Carolyn Sidor, William Bronson, Jr., and Ken Kern.
Chris Cuddy joined CBRE/New England in 1995. A graduate of Pace University, Cuddy was a member of the Whittier Partners’ Asset Management Group. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesman and a member of the Commercial Brokers Association.
Andrew Maher joined CBRE/New England in 1996. During his tenure he has been awarded a number of distinctions, including 1997's "Rookie of the Year" and 2001's "Team Player of the Year." In 2003, he was a member of the company's "Brokerage Team of the Year." Maher is a graduate of Boston College.
Biria St. John joined CBRE/New England in 1993 with the Consulting and Valuation Group. He later became a member of the Investment Properties Group, participating in excess of $1.4 billion in multi-family transactions, totaling more than 12,000 units. St. John co-founded the CBRE Northeast Multi-Housing Team, a leading provider of multi-housing services in New England. A graduate of University of Vermont, St. John is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Greater Boston Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Real Estate Finance Association, National Multi-Housing Council, and the Urban Land Institute.
Carolyn Sidor joined CBRE/New England as part of the merger with Insignia/ESG. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as chief operating officer of the Greater Boston Real Estate Institute. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, she now serves as the managing director of business development for the company. In 1999, Banker and Tradesman named Sidor one of its "125 Leaders Making a Difference." Sidor is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
William Bronson joined CBRE/New England in 1995 as a member of the Industrial Properties Group. He has received many Largest Industrial Sale and Lease Awards at the Pinnacle Awards, sponsored by the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors. A graduate of Trinity College, Bronson is a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and a designated member of the prestigious Society for Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Ken Kern joined CBRE/New England in 1996. Prior to that he was a property manager and vice president at the Codman Company, Inc. He has over 20 years of property management and construction experience. Kern is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
