CBRE promoted Dan Cohen and John Jaeger to executive vice presidents within the CBRE capital markets group, while David Tropp was named an executive vice president within the firm's tenant representation group.
Leading CBRE's Chicago multi-housing investment property group, Cohen and Jaeger have completed 72 transactions totaling more than $4 billion since 2005.
Cohen joined CBRE in 1992 as a member of the investment property group team. Jaeger joined CBRE in 2005 after 13 years at Appraisal Research Counselors. The two have a combined 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Tropp has been involved in more than 1,600 lease and sale transactions totaling in excess of 110 million square feet for an aggregate value of more than $7 billion. Some of his most notable clients have been Pactiv LLC, Packaging Corporation of America, Stericycle, Barnes & Thornburg, GEMS Education, Cigna, RCN and Sprint.
All three will continue to operate out of CBRE's Chicago office.
