Luth Jr, Doxsee, Eshbaugh Bring 52 Years of CRE Lending Experience from GE Real Estate
CBRE Group has hired Robert "RJ" Luth, Jr., Robert Doxsee, and Daniel Eshbaugh to its Capital Markets' business lending unit. The group originates and closes owner-using commercial real estate
mortgages with a focus on the SBA 504 loan program as well as traditional bank and non-bank lending sources.
Luth joins CBRE as a vice president, and will focus on small- to mid-market loan originations in the Northeast while working closely with the firm's debt and structured finance business. He spent the past 18 years at GE Real Estate, where he was involved in financing and placement of commercial financing and equity.
Doxsee joins CBRE as a vice president, and will oversee small- to mid-market loan originations in the Northwest. He brings more than 13 years of financing commercial and multifamily properties with ReadyCap Commercial and GE Capital.
Eshbaugh joins CBRE as a director, responsible for building the company's brand awareness, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales across the firm's network of commercial real estate sales professionals. He has more than 21 years of real estate finance experience, having served as national business development leader and regional sales manager in the Midwest for GE Real Estate.
The trio will report to Dan Winzeler, managing director, CBRE Capital Markets, working closely with the centralized underwriting and credit team in St. Louis, MO.
"We are always looking for new ways to add value for our clients and drive new business by enhancing our Capital Markets service offering," said Jeff Majewski, chief operating officer, debt and structured finance, CBRE. "CBRE is well positioned to serve the owner-user financing market, and the addition of this outstanding group will be a great complement to our existing Capital Markets team."
