Hillsborough, CA-based Fortex Partners purchased a retail building at 1408 Garner Station Blvd. in Garner, NC, from Wake Property Investment LLC for $1.7 million, or about $268 a square foot.
The 6,400-square-foot property was constructed in 1990 and renovated in 1995. It is in the North Station Area and was fully occupied at the time of the sale.
Sam Young of Cassidy Turley handled the deal for the seller, while Bruce Bean of The Trafton Group represented the buyer.
