BPJ LLC purchased the retail building at 1320-1326 Broadway in Burlingame, CA, from Jill Munro for $2 million, or about $340 per square foot.
The 5,890-square-foot structure was acquired as an investment. The property was 70 percent occupied at close of escrow.
