Bull Realty, a commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory firm, added Stuart Cott, Jeremiah Jarmin and William Jackel to its head office in Atlanta.
Stuart Cott, a 30-year industry veteran with experience representing both multi-billion dollar companies and local entrepreneurs alike, will serve as president of the firm's corporate office services division. Previously, Cott worked as a broker and consultant locating, negotiating, acquiring and leasing office space on behalf of clients in Atlanta and other major markets throughout the U.S.
Jarmin will take on the vice president role for the apartment group at Bull Realty. He spent the last six years heading up his own real estate law practice The Jarmin Law Group, which focused on multifamily transactions and consulting foreign investors looking to acquire properties in the U.S.
Jackel will serve as an associate for Bull Realty's national net lease investment group. Jackel is a former baseball player from Florida State University.
