Buehler's To Open New Store in Jackson Township

Supermarket Chain To Deliver 91,000-SF Building By November 2006
November 30, 2005
Buehler Food Markets Inc. plans to build a new 91,000-square-foot branch in Jackson Township at the corner of Fulton and Wales roads northwest.

The family-owned chain currently has 11 stores and has been in business since 1929. In addition to groceries, the new store will have many amenities. It will include a full-service restaurant, coffee bar, free childcare for shoppers, an ACE hardware store, a drive-up pharmacy and a community room.

The store will serve as the 91,000-square-foot anchor tenant for the Market Place at Nobles Pond retail shopping center. The center is currently under development by DeHoff Development Co. Construction on the store is currently under way and is expected to be complete by next November.

In additional to Buehler's, the shopping center will also include close to 50,000 square feet of retail space.
