Bronx Multifamily Trades for $2.2 Million

The investment entity 2335 Valentine LLC acquired the multifamily building at 2335 Valentine Ave. in the Bronx from MSJ Holding LLC for $2.16 million or $60,069 per unit.

The five-story, 26,300 square-foot apartment property was built in 1925. The walk-up structure has 36 units with two units having five bedrooms.

Both parties were represented internally.
