Broadland Property Group purchased the Georgetown Offices and Lofts, a five-story, 61,000-square-foot
office building from an undisclosed seller for nearly $2.38 million or $40 per square foot.
The property, which was built in 1971, currently has from 500 to 6,500 square feet spaces available. Commercial Property Professionals will represent the lease space for the owner.
Daniel Levison of CPP and Luke Dixon of LS Capital represented the buyer.
