Bridge Expands Operations to Seattle

Carlucci to Lead Acquisition and Development Efforts in Pacific Northwest
January 26, 2018
Bridge Development Partners LLC, a Chicago-based industrial developer, will open a new office in Seattle and has selected Justin Carlucci as partner, overseeing operations in the northwest region.

The new Seattle location is Bridge's fifth office since its 18-year existence. Bridge has developed and/or acquired over 22 million square feet of industrial developments valued at nearly $650 million under way throughout its core markets. The company has previously been active in the Seattle area, most recently in 2015 and 2017 where it developed, leased and sold a 241,140-square-foot freezer/cooler building in Burien, WA.

As head of the Northwest region, Justin Carlucci will be responsible for Bridge's acquisition and development activities in Washington and Oregon. Previously at DCT Industrial, Carlucci has been involved in more than seven million square feet of industrial acquisitions and developments, valuing in excess of $900 million over the past 10 years.

Carlucci is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he holds a law degree and MBA. He also is a member of the Washington State Chapter of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
