Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has promoted real estate research specialist Ben Breslau to director of research for the Americas region.
Breslau will head a 40-person research group in its coverage of the United States, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. He joined JLL in 1998 and previously served as director of research.
Breslau has produced research and data for investor, corporate occupier and institutional clients, including a recent global survey on sustainability trends in corporate real estate conducted with corporate real estate trade group CoreNet Global. He is involved with local and national Urban Land Institute committees, and is a member of CoreNet Global and director of the Boston Principal Research Bureau.
Breslau graduated from Emory University and has studied real estate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University and Harvard University.
