Big Foot Entertainment, Inc. acquired the flex building at 2939 N. Powerline Rd. in Pompano Beach, FL from Alpert LP for $2,769,075, or about $50 per square foot.
The Piazza Building was bought in a short sale as an investment with only 50 percent occupancy at the time it closed. The property is a two-story, 55,106-square-foot office and warehouse building constructed in 1999.
