New Hire One of Several Changes to Asset Services Leadership Ranks
April 9, 2014
Norman Bertke is rejoining CBRE as executive managing director of the firm's Asset Services division where he will be responsible for directing the East Region’s operations.

Bertke was formerly director of corporate real estate, facilities, and space management for Huntington National Bank in Columbus, OH, where he will be based.

Before taking that position, he served as the leader of CBRE’s Asset Services operations in Columbus and Cincinnati from 2005 to 2009.

In other changes to its Asset Services leadership team, CBRE said that Sam Delisi will direct its Premier Properties initiative under the Strategic Accounts group, and Rob Roy will take over management oversight of markets in the Southeast U.S.

Delisi, who joined CBRE when it acquired Insignia/ESG in 2003, is currently executive managing director for CBRE’s Asset Services east region. Based in Chicago, he is credited as one of the original creators of the Premier Properties initiative.

Roy, who joined CBRE in 2007, is currently senior managing director for CBRE’s Asset Services central division, which is being combined with the east region as part of the reorganization. He will continue to be based in Austin and report to Bertke.

Bobby Peddicord, based in Los Angeles, will continue to lead CBRE’s Asset Services west division.

CBRE establsihed its Strategic Accounts group to designate single points of contact for a select group of the company’s institutional and investor clients.
