Windmill Investments, LLC, an Oregon-based investment firm, acquired the 272-unit Bent Tree apartment complex in San Antonio, TX, from Venterra Realty for approximately $12.3 million, or about $45,000 per unit.
The apartment complex delivered in 1978 at 4801 Gus Eckert Road in San Antonio’s Northwest submarket. It totals 188,241 square feet and is comprised of 10 multifamily buildings, according to CoStar information.
The complex reportedly consists of efficiencies, one-, and two-bedroom units and was approximately 95% occupied at the time of sale. The property is located directly across the street from USAA’s headquarters and experiences a very stable tenant base.
