Kansas City brokerage firm Copaken Brooks added Jodi Belpedio as vice president of acquisitions and David Nickloy to its tenant and corporate services group.
Belpedio brings nearly 20 years of real estate expertise in the Kansas City area to Copaken Brooks. In acquisitions, she will match client investment needs with Class A properties located nationwide. Belpedio also specializes in real estate investments, asset and property management, and leasing.
Nickloy's role will consist of assisting regional and national companies to increase the efficiency of real estate decisions made across numerous markets. Prior to employment at Copaken Brooks, Nickloy worked for a manufacturing and logistics company. He brings his experience of financial analysis, strategic planning and marketing to Copaken Brooks.
Belpedio and Nickloy join at a time when Copaken Brooks is rebranding. The company recently unveiled a new logo and tagline that reads "Do Better Deals." The 92-year-old commercial real estate
