The PENTA Building Group, a privately held commercial general contracting firm, headed and completed a room remodel for the renowned, 5-Star Las Vegas hotel, Bellagio.
In total, PENTA remodeled 2,567 guest rooms and the corridors on 24 levels at Bellagio. Remodel upgrades included new carpet, wall coverings, paint, and the installation of light fixtures.
"This project exemplified a true team effort between MGM Resorts International, PENTA, and RDH & Associates, Inc., the project’s architect. Our team was proud to work with all of them to ensure that the ultimate needs of the project were met," said Mitch Bernard, project manager for The PENTA Building Group. "The results speak for themselves, as the project ran smoothly throughout the six month-long process and was completed on time, within budget and with no injuries."
