Bell Partners, Inc., a leading multifamily investment and management company, has promoted both Nickolay Bochilo and Joseph Cannon (pictured, right) to senior vice presidents, investments. The pair will oversee acquisitions and asset financing for the company.
Bochilo joined Bell in 2001, and has been involved in more than $3 billion for the company across its apartment, retail and senior housing portfolios, while aiding the firm's strategic and organizational leadership. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a bachelor's degree in business and economics from Greensboro College.
Cannon joined Bell in 2009, focused on acquisitions and dispositions across several markets. He has been involved in more than $1 billion in transactions with the firm, and before that was a vice president with Wachovia and worked with its CMBS origination and securitization business. Cannon holds an MBA and bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
