office building was built in 1972 and is in the Back Bay submarket. The property was 95 percent occupied at time of sale
The HFF team of Coleman Benedict, Mark Campbell, Riaz Cassum, John Fowler and Ben Sayles represented First Church of Christ, Scientist. Rob Albro of Beacon Capital represented the seller internally.
