The Bascom Group LLC sold the Regis Place Apartments at 4703-4821 W. 52nd Ave. to Greenleaf Partners for $16.25 million or $127,953 per unit.
The 127-unit property is in the northwest Denver submarket and was delivered in 1999. The community includes a heated pool, an on-site property manager and a business center.
