Barnes and Noble signed a 10-year lease deal for 25,436 square feet in the Bridgeport Village Shopping Center located at 7227 - 7243 SW Bridgeport Rd. in Portland, OR.
Barnes and Noble’s lease will make them the second largest retailer in the shopping center according to size, and the third largest tenant overall, according to CoStar data. The space was previously occupied by the book retailer Million Books for Kids. Barnes and Noble are expected to open doors on November 1st, 2012.
The Kidder Mathews' father-daughter team of Rolland Jones and Tirzah Jones represented Barnes and Noble. Fred Bruning, CEO of CenterCal Properties LLC, was the landlord's in-house representative.
