Provident Foundation Bank of Texas sold the apartment building at 4624 Windstone Drive in Arlington, TX, to K&M Management Partners Ltd. and BDO Arlington Ltd. for $8.75 million, or approximately $39,773 per unit.
The two-story complex known as Windcastle has 14 buildings with 220 apartments. It has one-, two- and three-bedroom units with some homes having two bathrooms. The property is on 10 acres and includes a basketball court, pool, fitness center and a clubhouse. The complex was built in 1986.
Dirk Goris of CBRE represented the seller, while the buyers were self-represented.
