Bamboo Equity Buys 91,000-SF Office Bldg. in St. Louis

CUNA Mutual Sells Maryland Heights Complex
February 8, 2018
Bamboo Equity Partners, a local real estate investor and developer, purchased a 91,011-square-foot office building at 11960 Westline Industrial Dr. in St. Louis from CUNA Mutual Group for an undisclosed price.

The buyer intends to update the property, which was last renovated in 1995, in an effort to boost its current 72-percent occupancy rate. Major tenants within the complex include Lindenwood University, YOH and Kantar Health.

Located within the I-270/Maryland Heights submarket, the building is adjacent to the Westport Plaza, a 191,560-square-foot lifestyle shopping center that has been revitalized as a focus of corporate activity, including the $75 million, 210,000-square-foot World Wide Technology headquarters.

Timothy Balk of Gershman Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction. Dan Dokovic of Intelica Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
