Bill Baldwin was elected to the Board of Directors at Cresa as the Denver representative, replacing long-time member and former chairman, Philip Infelise.
Baldwin has 29 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is currently a managing principal of the Denver office and is responsible for the leadership, strategy, finance and administration of Cresa Denver. He has been involved in more than seven million square feet of real estate assignments throughout his career.
Baldwin is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA), a member of CoreNet, and a strategic partner to the Financial Executives International (FEI) organization.
