Global law firm BakerHostetler signed a 15-year lease deal for 115,615 square feet at the Key Tower building in Cleveland.
BakerHostetler will occupy five floors in the 57-story, 1,442,000-square-foot, Class A, office building, which was built in 1992 at 127 Public Square in Cleveland's central business district. The deal is set to commence in January 2016.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Sherry Cushman and CBRE’s Doug Leary represented BakerHostetler. Douglas Miller, Cindy Greiner and John Klayman of Jacobs Real Estate Services represented Columbia Property Trust, which acquired the trophy tower in 2005.
KeyCorp., the holding company for KeyBank and namesake of the building, signed its own 15-year lease extension in early 2013 for 37 percent of Key Tower.
