Baker Hostetler inked a deal to expand its office space
to 115,000 square feet in the Washington Square office building
in Washington, DC. The national law firm added 22,919 square feet to its original lease and will now occupy the entire 11th and 12th floors of the 12-story property.
Originally developed in 1982 by owners Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Cos., the 1 million-square-foot property at 1050 Connecticut Ave. NW just completed a $14 million common area renovation. The asset also sits just above the Farragut North Metro Station.
