BLK Properties Sells Pair of SoMa Bldgs. for $13.3 Million

Local Family Investor Group Adds 122-132 9th St. to Holdings

BLK Properties has sold a pair of adjacent buildings in San Francisco's SoMa district to a local family investor group for $13.3 million, or approximately $478 per square foot.

The 2,550-square-foot, two-story office building at 122 9th St. delivered in 1924, while the 25,250-square-foot, three-story flex building at 132 9th St. delivered in 1947. The buildings total 27,800 square feet and are located between Mission and Howard St., according to CoStar information.

The office building comes with parking and is currently home to Reason Furniture Tech Escape Room, which is signed to a lease that expires in May 2020 without an option to renew. The industrial building at one point served as the west coast headquarters and showroom for professional make-up brand Kryolan, and today is available for lease.

Diane Schatz of Huntress Properties represented the seller, while Jerry Adamson of Starboard TCN Worldwide Real Estate represented the buyer.
