Atrium Medical Corporation acquired the two-story
office building at 40 Continental Blvd. in Merrimack, NH for $15.5 million, or about $135 per square foot.
The 114,470-square-foot office building was constructed in 1983 on 55 acres in the Hillsborough County submarket of Boston, and was renovated in 2005. The building was vacant at the time of sale.
