Atlanta Firm Sells Mallory Corner Near Nashville for $14.4M

Longpoint Realty Partners Acquires 70,000-SF Shopping Center in Brentwood

Ackerman & Co., a privately held, full-service investment firm, sold a 70,000-square-foot shopping center in Brentwood, Tennessee, to Boston-based Longpoint Realty. Mallory Corner sold for $14.42 million, or $206 per square foot.

The Class B center at 1701 Mallory Lane was built in 1995. The property spans seven acres less than 20 miles from Nashville International Airport.

The 96 percent leased center is anchored by Barnes & Noble and Electronic Express. Major tenants at the property include Brilliant Sky Toys & Books, Sprint, Hoover Paint, AAA Autoclub and Play it Again Sports.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Ackerman & Co. has acquired 35 million square feet of commercial space and has a portfolio valued at $1 billion, according to its website.
