Ask.com subleased approximately 24,000 square feet of office space at 555 12th St. in Oakland from IDG Entertainment. The web company currently occupies some space in the building, and will now move into the entire 11th floor. The term of the sublease is through 2015 and is valued at roughly $6 million.
Built in 2002, the Class A office building measures more than 600,000 square feet and is in the Oakland City Center in downtown Oakland.
