Commercial Real Estate News Leases Additional Space in Jacksonville

Tenant Takes Entire 319,000-SF Warehouse in Jacksonville
February 21, 2018, a designer of modern furniture, signed a new five-year lease to expand its warehousing capacity, taking the full 319,000-square-foot industrial building at 10543 Canada Dr. in Jacksonville, FL.

With the new deal the company is nearly doubling its space. The furniture company currently has warehouses in Seattle, Los Angeles and New Jersey totaling 386,000 square feet.

Its new Jacksonville facility was built in 1986 on 15.5 acres in Duval County, within the Ocean Way Industrial submarket.

Luke Pope of JLL represented the landlord. Tyler Newman and Jacob Horsley of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. represented the tenant.
