Making good on his word to spark change, Henry S. Miller Cos. president and CEO Greg Miller tapped Dan Arnold as president and COO of the firm's brokerage group.
In addition, long time executives Robert Grunnah, former investments division president; Sam Kartalis, former president and COO of the realty services group; and Greg Trout, former president of office and industrial brokerage operations, have left the company to pursue other interests.
Arnold originally joined Henry S. Miller in 1970 as one of the first leasing brokers assigned to the 1.1 million-square-foot Bryan Tower in Dallas' CBD. He left the company in 1972 to start Swearingen Co., a privately-held commercial real estate
firm where he would spend nearly 30 years leading its project leasing and tenant representation/corporate services divisions and ultimately serving as its president and COO.
Arnold rejoined Henry S. Miller in 2000 after selling his interest in Swearingen to lead the firm's corporate services division.
