Aquafil USA Inc., a private company that supplies fabrics, yarns and knitting goods, leased the entire 234,031-square-foot facility at 101 Friction Drive in Cartersville, GA. The firm will occupy the building for 10 years starting next month.
The industrial property was constructed in 1989 and renovated in 2002. It is on 14.71 acres in the Kennesaw/Acworth Industrial submarket in Bartow County.
James Belcher and Brian Bird of the Hart Corp. represented the landlord, Morse Automotive Corp. Mike Powell of NAI Brannen Goddard handled the deal for the tenant.
