Grant Stoaks and Charles Irion of Meridian RV LLC in Phoenix purchased the Meridian RV Resort, at 1901 S. Meridian Road, for $4.1 million, or about $16,142 per space.
The Meridian RV Resort is a 254-space recreational vehicle resort that includes a 254-square-foot single-family house constructed in 2003. The resort provides a clubhouse, pool, spa, laundry facility, library, fitness center and various multi-purpose rooms.
Jon Harrison of Marcus and Millichap - Tucson represented the seller, Dwight Lear of RV Resorts LLC. The buyer was self-represented.
