Stan Johnson Company has hired industry veteran Sam Alison as the firm's West Coast regional director.
Based in Santa Monica, CA, Alison will oversee the firm's brokerage teams in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Phoenix while growing the company's presence in the region through an increased focus on transactions and recruiting in 2014. With 19 years of commercial real estate
experience, Allison will represent and support clients, investors, developers, public institutions and private equity firms in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties both locally and nationally.
Alison previously served as senior vice president at CBRE in Los Angeles, where he specialized in retail investment sales. During his tenure there he completed deals covering more than 15 million square feet valued in excess of $3 billion. He also held positions at Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Co., Trammel Crow, and Exxon Corporation.

Alison holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received his bachelor's degree from Georgia Tech. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Harvard Business School Association, and several community organizations including American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) and Little League.
