General Electric Capital Corp. completed its trade of the 508-unit Alden Place at South Square apartments in Durham, NC, to Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management for $57.5 million or $113,189 per unit.
The 522,296-square-foot multifamily property at 100 Alexan Drive was built in 2002 and is in the South Durham submarket.
