Adler Realty Services promoted Daniel Heisler, CCIM, CPM to executive vice president and Matthew Bittel to senior director in its Miami office.
Heisler's new responsibilities will include responsibility for sales, leasing and brokerage operations for Adler Realty Services’ Florida market. Bittel will oversee marketing and leasing of the firm's South Florida office, retail, flex and industrial property portfolio totaling more than one million square feet.
Since Heisler joined Adler Realty Services, he has closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions and administered several million square feet of tenant construction totaling more than $15 million. To date, Bittel has successfully closed more than 500 transactions with an aggregate leave value in excess of $100 million.
