AT&T Store in in Middletown Trades for $1 Million

Troy Towne LLC purchased 2992 Towne Blvd. in Middletown, OH, from Decker Holdings Middletown LLC for $1.05 million, or about $293 per square foot. At the time of the sale, the property had been fully occupied by AT&T.

The 3,600-square-foot retail building was delivered in 2010. The freestanding AT&T mobile wireless store stands to be part of a major retail corridor with such stores like Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl’s and several restaurant chains located within the same vicinity.

David Decker of Decker Properties represented himself, while Jeff Greg of Ohio-based Fairway Realty represented the buyer.
