A Capital Idea at 430 Park Ave.

Stanfield Capital Joins Tenant Roster
March 23, 2001
Private investment management firm Stanfield Capital Partners has signed for 16,400 square feet on the 11th floor at 430 Park Ave. The company, founded in 1998 by Dan Baldwin, Stephen Alfieri, Christopher Jansen, and Janice Nichols, specializes in leveraged loans and high yield bonds. John Isaacs, Howard Nottingham, and August Direnzo of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the landlord, 430 Park Avenue Associates. Robert Emden and Elliot Klein of Grubb & Ellis New York represented Stanfield Capital Partners. Due to be ready for occupancy in October of this year, 430 Park Ave. is currently undergoing an extensive renovation. Every aspect of the property will be upgraded or replaced as a result of the redevelopment designed by Moed de Armas & Shannon Architects. A highlight is the new glass curtainwall on the North and South facades; the green tint on the Eastern facade will be carried to the sides with a screened translucent interlayer at the spandrels, corners, and columns. Also, illuminated glass walls and Cippolino marble floors will give a distinctive flair to the building's lobby.
