$15 Million Office Building Sells in Fulton Market District

Chicago-Based Residential Developer MCZ Buys Property

MCZ Development Corp., a Chicago-based residentail developer, purchased the 75,000-square foot office building at 400 N. May St. in the Fulton Market District for $15.25 million, or about $203 per square foot.

The three-story building delivered in 1930 and was fully renovated in 1985. The building was 88 percent occupied at closing and all of the tenants have NNN leases in place.

Steve Cusano, James Mead, Chad, Schroedl and Drew Dillon of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller, an individual investor, in negotiations. Gino Tabbi of Newmark Knight Frank represented the buyer.
