Stan Johnson Co. hired two new senior associates. Brett Butler, formerly of Marcus & Millichap, and Mike Parker, formerly of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, joined the Houston office.

Butler will primarily focus on single tenant office, medical and GSA-leased property areas in the Texas market. Parker will work closely with Jim Gibson and focus on single-tenant net-leased industrial properties.

Butler, a graduate of the University of Tulsa, specialized in single-tenant and multi-tenant office and medical property sectors with Marcus & Millichap. Before joining Stan Johnson, Parker served as associate director at HFF. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
