Law Firm Inks $61.6M Lease Renewal in Century City

Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP, a full service law practice that specializes in entertainment and real estate law, signed a $61.6 million office lease renewal for 61,806 square feet at 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles, CA. The firm will maintain its headquarters on floors 20, 21 and 22 of the 28-story Century City building for the next 15 years.

The 40-year-old property was renovated in 1993 and 2000. Other major tenants include Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP, Ezer & Williamson LLP and Lieberman Research Worldwide. Topa Management Co. provides on-site property management.

Topa Equities Ltd. acquired the building in 2002 from a pension fund using the shell name Avenue of the Stars for $182.17 million, or about $301 per square foot, according to CoStar Group information.
