Webster University acquired the industrial building at 40 N. Rock Hill Road in Webster Groves, MO, from pharmaceutical company Nomax, Inc. for $1.17 million, or about $61 per square foot.

The 19,243-square-foot warehouse was constructed in 1966 in the Hanley Industrial submarket.

James Mosby, Brandon Duncan and Edwin Lampitt of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller. Nelson Grumney of Neland Investments Management represented the buyer.
