NEW YORK CITY, NATIONAL
Rufrano Named CEO of Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield said Tuesday that Glenn Rufrano has been appointed as the firm's new president and chief executive officer.

Based in New York, Rufrano takes office on March 22 and will also join the company's board of directors. He succeeds Bruce Mosler, who moved to the role of co-chairman of the board at the beginning of the year.

Rufrano comes to Cushman & Wakefield with an impressive history of leadership. Since 2008, he has been the chief executive officer at international retail real estate giant Centro Properties Group, a role that he will retain through March. Rufrano joined Centro in 2007 as CEO of the company's U.S. operations, following Centro's acquisition of New Plan Excel Realty Trust.

In the seven years Rufrano served as CEO of New Plan, he helped the company grow into one of the largest real estate firms in the country, operating more than 68 million square feet of retail space in approximately 460 shopping centers.

LOS ANGELES
Top Ranked Sales Agents Join Colliers in L.A.

Colliers International recruited two top sales professionals to its executive ranks. Kitty Wallace and Scott Heaton joined the firm as senior vice presidents in the downtown Los Angeles office.

Wallace has closed more than 100 multi-million dollar deals since 2007. Her expertise is in the sale of apartment buildings, land development, condo conversions and other special assets. She is a former senior vice president for Sperry Van Ness in West Los Angeles where she was the No. 1 in multifamily advisor nationally for the past six years and the No. 2 agent nationwide for all product types for the past eight years. Wallace has collected multiple awards over the last year including SVN Rookie of the Year, Trainer of the Year and Agent of the Month and she holds the record for achieving the highest cost-per-unit and cost-per-square foot price in L.A. County.

Heaton is an investment sales specialist with 30 years in commercial real estate. He started his career at Colliers, formerly known as Colliers-Seeley International, in 1980, ranked as a top 10 producer for 15 years and gained the title of principal. After more than 22 years at the company, he joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003, which eventually led to him overseeing the Los Angeles-Central Private Client Group with Patrick Barnes and Joseph Williams, who also recently joined Colliers as senior associate and associate, respectively.


KANSAS CITY
Cassidy Turley Names Head of U.S. Brokerage Operations

Cassidy Turley chose Frazier Bell, former managing principal of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker’s Kansas City office, as head of U.S. brokerage operations.

The merger between Colliers Turley and seven other firms, which was made public last month and goes into effect March 1, makes Cassidy Turley a leading U.S. commercial real estate firm.

Bell’s new responsibilities include business development and a general support for the firm's brokerage. He will continue to work out of Kansas City, where he's collected more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.



CHICAGO
Reardon Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Jack Reardon will join Cushman & Wakefield as executive director. The new hire is the latest in Cushman's efforts to hire some of Chicago's best talent to help grow the company.

Reardon is one of the area's top performing suburban office leasing brokers. He is a consistent million-dollar producer and has received numerous awards and honors.

The 46-year-old broker joins Cushman after dominating the suburban office landlord agency business at CB Richard Ellis for more than a decade. Reardon developed a proven record of delivering superior client service and was consistently a top producer at the firm.

Last month, he completed two of the largest suburban office transactions of the year, totaling more than 465,000 square feet: The FDIC and Career Education Corp. moved into two neighboring buildings in the Woodfield Pointe Office Center in Schaumburg.


MINNEAPOLIS
Panzer Named Managing Principal

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's Minneapolis office has selected Dennis Panzer as its new managing principal.

Panzer has more than 20 years of extensive experience as a broker, manager and owner. He has owned and operated his own firm, Panzer Consulting, since 2000. Panzer has also held positions at Coldwell Banker Commercial, CB Richard Ellis, Trammell Crow Co. and Duke Realty.

Based in St. Louis, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is being renamed Cassidy Turley on March 1.



TAMPA/ST. PETERSBURG
Grubb & Ellis Names New Managing Director

Mia Jarrell has been promoted to managing director at Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida’s Tampa office. She is the first woman to head a national brokerage firm in the area in more than 30 years.

Jarell joined Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida five years ago. She was the firm’s top broker last year and has leased or sold properties valued at approximately $61 million and totaling more than 500,000 square feet. She is currently pursuing her CCIM certification.

Jarrell earned her M.B.A. at the University of Miami in 1990.
