Bunzl Distribution Midcentral signed a 93,039-square-foot lease with IDI at 481 Airport Industrial Drive in Memphis.
The 246,564-square-foot warehouse was built in 2003 and is part of the Airways Distribution Center in the Memphis-DeSoto Industrial submarket.
Mark Sonnenberg of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Bayard Snowden of Colliers Wilkinson Snowden represented the tenant in the transaction. IDI received in-house representation from Tim Moore.
