Eight lease deals totaling 110,000 square feet have been completed within the Waterford corporate park in Miami. The 250-acre business campus is in close proximity to Miami International Airport.
Several national tenants have completed new leases or renewed existing leases within the buildings. The deals include L’Oreal Cosmetics, which took 24,878 square feet at 6100 Waterford; Johnson & Johnson, which has renewed 17,376 square feet at 6303 Waterford; Oracle, which has renewed 21,768 square feet at 6505 Waterford; Sharp Electronics, which has renewed 15,376 square feet at 6100 Waterford; Mariner Systems, which has renewed 7,471 square feet at 5757 Waterford; Bank of America Home Loan has renewed 7,197 square feet at 6505 Waterford; The Continental Group, which has leased 8,739 square feet at 5805 Waterford; and Hospice of Palm Coast, which has taken 9,954 square feet at 6161 Waterford.
The buildings at 6303 & 6505 building have received the Energy Star designation along with 2009-2008 BOMA Building of the Year Awards.
